About BaseOS

One database for the work a company actually does, sold one module at a time, with an AI team that only ever sees what the company turned on.

What BaseOS is

BaseOS is a business operating system for companies whose work spans several disciplines at once — an agency delivering client projects, a software house billing hours against a contract, a SaaS company running a roadmap and a support queue. Instead of a CRM that does not know what was delivered, a project tool that does not know what an hour is worth, and a helpdesk that does not know who is a paying customer, BaseOS keeps sales, projects, support, marketing and finance in one database. A lead becomes an opportunity, an opportunity becomes a quote, a quote becomes a project and a contract, delivered hours consume an entitlement, and the invoice at the end is the same record the pipeline started. Nothing is re-keyed between systems, because there is only one system.

How it is built

The platform runs multi-tenant: every organization is isolated at the query level, and every screen, API resource and AI tool belongs to exactly one module in a registry that the build refuses to contradict. That registry is why activating a module changes the navigation, the routes a typed URL will serve, what a server action will write, what a public link exposes and which tools an AI agent can reach — all five from one source, rather than five lists that drift apart. The application is a Next.js App Router codebase on PostgreSQL, published in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with the same feature set in each.

How it is sold

BaseOS is priced per organization, not per seat — adding the sixth person to a team does not change the bill. Modules are bought individually and can be turned on one at a time, so a company can start with the single area that hurts most and add the next one when it is ready, rather than paying for a five-product suite to use two of its features. There is a free plan, no credit card is required to create an organization, and there is no minimum term.

What it commits to

The data belongs to the organization that entered it: a full export is available at any time, without asking, and cancelling a module does not hold its records hostage. The AI agents are scoped by the same registry as everything else, so an agent can only use the tools of a module the organization actually activated, and only inside that organization's data. The platform publishes a documented REST API, a machine-readable OpenAPI specification, signed outbound webhooks, and a Model Context Protocol endpoint — so the same operations a person performs in the interface can be automated by software the customer controls.
