Terms of Service

By accessing or using BaseOS ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations and their members.

BaseOS is a multi-tenant business operating platform providing tools for project management, customer relationship management (CRM), support ticketing, financial management, and AI-assisted workflows. The Platform is delivered as Software-as-a-Service and accessed via web browser.

To use BaseOS you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You may register via email and password or through third-party OAuth providers such as Google. When you use a third-party provider you authorize us to access the account information permitted by that provider's own terms.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Impersonate any person or entity.

BaseOS offers optional integrations with Google services, including Google Calendar and Gmail. When you connect a Google account:

• We request only the OAuth scopes you explicitly authorize during the consent flow.
• Google Calendar data is used solely to display, create, and update calendar events on your behalf within the Platform.
• Gmail data is used solely to route support emails into the ticketing system and to send automated replies on your behalf. We do not read, store, or process email content beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
• We do not sell, share, or use your Google data to train AI or machine-learning models.
• You may revoke these integrations at any time from Settings → Integrations, which removes our authorization tokens from our systems.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or store within BaseOS ("Your Data"). By using the Platform you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the service.

We do not sell Your Data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve Platform performance and features.

Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in your chosen currency and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Refund eligibility is evaluated case-by-case in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The Platform — including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding Your Data) — is owned by BaseOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BaseOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the jurisdiction where BaseOS operates.
