Julia, the marketing agent, reviewing this month's ads

Julia, Marketing: “How are the ads doing this month?”

R$ 6,200 spent, 41 leads. The remarketing campaign spent R$ 1,380 and produced no opportunities. Shall I pause it? Pause the remarketing campaign on Meta. Paused. The rest of the budget stays on the campaigns that brought opportunities.

Studio Bravo is a demo company. Made-up data.

Marketing, before and after

Without BaseOSWith BaseOS

Every landing page waits for a slot in the developer's calendar.

You build the page in the visual editor and publish it on your domain.

The form lead arrives by email and someone types it into the CRM.

The form lands in the CRM as a lead, with its source already tagged.

The ad report shows clicks; the sale lives in another system.

Spend shows up next to leads, opportunities and won revenue.

The right image is on the laptop of someone who's on vacation.

Images, videos and files in a library with search, versions and folders.

§02Marketing Suite

Attract, publish and measure, on one base

Four modules you switch on as the pain shows up — and that hand everything to the CRM from day one.

  1. 01

    Pages

Landing pages without waiting on a developer

Build pages in the visual editor, with forms and lead magnets that deliver the material in exchange for the contact. Each page shows visits, conversion and traffic source.

    • Published on your domain, with HTTPS
    • Forms that become leads in the CRM
    • A/B test between the page and a draft
  2. 02

    Content

    A blog you publish yourself

Posts with draft and review in the block editor. Publish on your site with no integration, or read the content through the API.

    • Your own content types and fields
    • Import an existing WordPress blog
    • Read API for your site or app
  3. 03

    Media

The brand's files in one place

A central library of images, videos and files, with search and versions, feeding your pages, posts and campaigns.

    • Folders and permissions per team
    • Share links to send material to a client
    • AI-generated images inside the library
  4. 04

    Ads

    What each campaign actually earned

Spend, impressions, clicks, CTR and CPC from Meta and Google Ads, synced daily and matched against what your CRM already knows.

    • Facebook and Instagram leads straight into the CRM
    • Won deals sent back to Meta and Google
    • Pause and adjust budgets without leaving BaseOS

  • From list to campaignWith CRM & Sales, the same contacts get WhatsApp and email campaigns and automated flows.→

Questions

What people usually ask

Talk to us →
Can the agent publish or spend on her own?

No. Publishing a page, publishing a post and pausing or changing an ad budget always wait for a person's approval, and every action is logged.

Do I create ad campaigns here?

No. Campaigns are still created in Meta and Google. BaseOS reads the numbers, matches them to the CRM, and pauses or adjusts the budget of the ones that already exist.

My blog is on WordPress. Do I start from scratch?

No. WordPress posts, pages, categories and images come into the CMS with their original dates.

Do I need all four modules?

No. Start with pages and forms; content, media and ads come in when you need them, already connected.
