New lead, answered and qualified.
The lead comes in, gets a score and an owner, and receives the first contact without anyone remembering to. Alex picks out who is ready to talk — and asks before replying.

Alex, Sales: “Which of today's leads are worth it?”
5 new leads. Lumen has the highest score, 78: a profile that matches what you set, and they replied on WhatsApp asking for a demo. Shall I offer Tuesday at 10am? Rafael's calendar is free. Reply to Lumen on WhatsApp with Tuesday's slot. Sent. I created the opportunity with Rafael as owner; once they confirm, I'll book the meeting on his calendar.

An incoming lead, before and after
The form lead sits in someone's inbox until Monday.
It lands in the CRM with its source tagged, and a rule picks the owner right away.
Whoever has the most leads is whoever answers first.
Leads rotate across the team, or always go to the person you chose.
Nobody knows which lead is hot; the seller's hunch decides.
The score keeps profile and engagement apart and shows where every point came from.
The seller spends the afternoon on people who never replied.
The sequence makes the attempts and, with no reply, marks the lead unqualified and tells you.
How it works
From the lead that arrives to the seller who takes over — four steps, and you approve what goes out in your name.

1 · Intake
The lead arrives and gets an owner
Forms, landing pages and WhatsApp and email conversations become CRM leads with their source tagged. The first matching rule picks the owner, who gets notified.
- Rules by source, campaign or entry channel
- Team rotation or a fixed owner
- Full history of every contact
2 · Score
Profile and interest, kept apart
You define what counts in the profile and what each interaction is worth. The score adds both, fades with time and shows its math on the lead's record.
- Profile by CRM field, with your weights
- Recent interactions count more than old ones
- Score breakdown visible to the seller
3 · Contact
The attempts nobody forgets
The SDR sequence sends the approved WhatsApp template, waits, tries by email and tries again. If the lead replies, the sequence stops and the sales agent picks up the conversation.
- Official Meta templates on the first touch
- Waits for a reply between attempts
- Exits on its own when the lead replies or converts
4 · Handoff
The seller gets the ones who are ready
The agent reads the conversation, proposes the next step and waits for your OK to reply. Anyone who answered none of the attempts is marked unqualified and the owner is notified.
- Opportunity created from the lead
- Free slots checked on the team's calendar
- Nothing goes out in your name without approval
Qualification that already talks to the rest of the base
- From form to leadMarketing's landing pages and forms deliver the lead to the CRM with its source filled in.
- From conversation to historyWhatsApp and email land in the team inbox, and the conversation stays on the lead's timeline.
- From lead to proposalThe qualified opportunity moves down the pipeline to a proposal — and the accepted proposal becomes a project and an invoice.

Will the agent message leads without me knowing?
The sequence only sends the templates you picked and published. When a lead replies, the agent proposes the answer and waits for your OK — and every send is logged.
Don't I risk getting blocked on WhatsApp?
The first touch is a Meta-approved template over the official API, and the attempts are spaced out. Free-form messages only after the lead replies, as Meta requires.
Can I change how the score is calculated?
Yes. You choose the profile fields and the weight of each interaction; the score is recalculated under the new rules and shows its math to the seller.
Does every CRM plan include the SDR sequence?
Scoring, routing rules and the pipeline come with the CRM. The autonomous SDR sequence is part of the most complete level — you see what each level includes before you sign up.
