Proposal accepted, nothing typed twice.
The accepted proposal becomes a project, a contract and an invoice with the same items and hours. Alex tells you when the client accepts — and asks before converting.

Alex, Sales: “Did Lumen get back to us on the proposal?”
They accepted version 3 yesterday at 4pm, R$ 38,400. Shall I create the project with the proposal's 240 hours and the invoice? Convert Lumen's proposal into a project and an invoice. Done. The project starts with the 240 h bank, the invoice is open and the deal is marked as won.
Studio Bravo is a demo company. Made-up data.
From the client's yes to the money, before and after
The proposal is a Word document with prices typed by hand.
It comes from the catalog, with the client's price list and the discount limit.
The client says “ok” by email and nobody knows which version they approved.
They accept by link; who accepted, when and the frozen version are recorded.
The scope is copied line by line into the project and again into the invoice.
One click creates the project, contract and invoice from the same lines.
The payment lands in the bank and someone has to check it and mark it paid.
Paid through the link, the invoice settles itself and reaches the books reconciled.
How it works
From the proposal to money in the bank — four steps on the same data, and you approve every conversion.

1 · Proposal
Built from the catalog, sent by link
Build the proposal from catalog items at the client's price list. A discount above the limit asks for approval before it goes out. The client gets a link, comments and accepts without creating an account.
- Items and prices from the catalog
- Minimum margin with recorded approval
- Proposal versions, without losing the previous one
2 · Acceptance
The yes is on record
On acceptance, the approved version is frozen with who accepted and when. The deal owner is notified and the acceptance shows up on the opportunity's timeline.
- Who accepted, when and from where
- The accepted version doesn't change afterwards
- A notice to the deal owner
3 · Conversion
Project, contract and invoice in one click
The accepted proposal becomes a project with the lines' hour banks, a contract from your template and an invoice with the same items. The deal is marked won and the handoff to delivery is recorded.
- Each target created only once
- Hour bank drawn down by tasks
- Contract with multi-party e-signature
4 · Payment
Billed, paid, settled
The invoice gets a link where the client pays by Pix, boleto or card, and it settles itself when the payment arrives. A recurring contract issues the next invoices on schedule.
- Payment link through your Asaas or Stripe account
- Partial payments recorded on the invoice
- A paid product sale unlocks the access
One flow across four areas, without switching systems
- From lead to proposalThe opportunity qualified in the CRM is the same one that gets the proposal and is marked won on acceptance.
- From proposal to projectThe project starts with the hours sold, and the team sees the bank's balance before it runs out.
- From invoice to collectionThe invoice born from the proposal follows the same reminder and collection schedule as every other.

Can the agent convert a proposal on its own?
No. It only converts accepted proposals, and every conversion waits for your OK. The contract it creates starts as a draft, for you to review before sending it for signature.
Does accepting by link count as a signature?
It isn't an e-signature: it's the record of who accepted, when and which version. For the contract, use the contracts module's e-signature.
What if I only want the project, without a contract?
You choose what to create from the proposal: project, contract, invoice or any combination. Each is created only once, so nothing is duplicated.
Do I need to switch on all these modules?
No. Start with proposals and invoices; projects, contracts and the catalog come in when you need them, already connected to what you created before.
