From proposal to invoice, without retyping anything.
The accepted proposal becomes a project, a contract and an invoice; logged hours draw down the client's hour bank. Luna warns you when the bank is running out — and asks before she sends the proposal.

6 h left of the 40 contracted, and at the current pace of tasks they run out by Thursday. Shall I send a proposal for 20 extra hours? Send Acme a proposal for 20 extra hours. Sent by link. When Acme accepts, turning it into a contract and an invoice is one click.

A software house's week, before and after
The approved proposal is retyped into the project tool and again into the invoice.
The accepted proposal becomes a project, a contract and an invoice in one click.
Hours live in a spreadsheet, and the client's hour bank runs out without anyone noticing.
Hours logged on tasks draw down the contract's hour bank, with the balance in view.
The client asks for a status update on WhatsApp every week.
In the portal, they follow projects, open tickets, sign contracts and pay invoices.
Nobody knows what each project really made.
The project accumulates its real cost, and only approved hours reach the invoice.

Does it work if I bill by the hour and by fixed scope?
Yes. The catalog has hourly rates by role, and a proposal can mix hours, fixed-scope services and subscriptions.
Does my client need an account to accept a proposal?
No. They view, comment and accept by link. For the full portal — tickets, invoices, contracts and projects — they sign in with their own access.
Can I bring in my clients and projects?
Clients come in by CSV, and if you're coming from WHMCS you can import clients, orders and tickets. There's no project import yet.
Can the agent send something to a client without me?
No. Proposal or payment reminder: she prepares it and stops. Nothing goes out before your OK, and every action is logged.
