Marco, Projects: “Who has free hours next week for the Lumen project?”
Carla has 14 h free and React at level 4. Shall I book 12 h of hers on the Lumen project, as tentative? Book 12 h of Carla on the Lumen project (tentative). Booked. The planner now shows her week at 92%.

Running projects, before and after
The approved proposal is copied line by line into the task board.
The project starts from a template, with the usual phases, tasks and owners.
Timesheet day: three people, three spreadsheets, none of them match.
A timer and a weekly grid; the manager approves the week and it locks.
You find out the team was overbooked after the deadline has passed.
The planner shows who is over 100% before you promise the date.
Nobody knows whether the project made money until the quarter closes.
The project accrues its real cost from hours and each person's hourly cost.
From scope to each person's week
Three modules you switch on as the pain shows up — reading the same list of people, clients and contracts.

Projects
Projects and tasks in one place
Projects with scope, deadline, owners and accrued cost. Tasks on a board or a list, with hours that draw down the client's hour bank.
- Project templates with tasks and phases
- Collaborative documents inside the project
- Free-form canvases to sketch with the team
Hours
Timesheets that close without a spreadsheet
A timer and a weekly grid, with each day's total against that day's capacity. The person submits the week, the manager approves, and only approved hours reach the invoice.
- Timer and weekly grid
- Week approval by the manager
- Billable hours against real availability
Capacity
Promise deadlines the team can meet
Book a person's hours on a project or client, tentative or confirmed. See who is over 100% and the next 12 weeks of availability against demand.
- A planner with bookings per person
- Placeholders for a role you haven't hired yet
- Forecast by team and by skill
People
The team as data, not a spreadsheet
A directory with title, seniority, team and working hours; a holiday calendar; time off with balances and approval; skills rated 1 to 5 per person.
- A team org chart with leads
- Time off requested and approved in the system
- Hourly cost versioned by date
Projects that know where every hour came from and goes
- From proposal to projectThe proposal accepted in sales becomes a project, a contract and an invoice without retyping the scope.
- From hours to contractTasks draw down the contract's hour bank, and only approved hours reach the invoice.
- From project to clientIn the portal, the client follows the projects without asking for status on WhatsApp.

Can I import my projects from another tool?
There is no project import today. Clients come in by CSV, and project templates help you rebuild what you always run. If you need help, book a diagnosis.
Will everyone see what each person costs?
No. Hourly cost only shows for people with the compensation permission.
Does the agent change the plan without me seeing?
You choose each agent's tools and supervision level. In the scene above, the booking waits for your OK — and every call is logged.
Do I need all three modules?
No. Start with projects and tasks; hours, resourcing and people come in when you need them, already connected.
