Clients see for themselves what they used to ask on WhatsApp.
Tickets, invoices, contracts, projects and hours in a portal with a login, read from the same base your team uses. Sara keeps track of what each client is waiting for — and asks before she replies.

Sara, Support: “What does Acme have open on the portal?”
Two open tickets, the October invoice (R$ 6,200) is due Friday and 9 h are left in the hour bank. Ticket #318 has been waiting on us for a day — I drafted a reply. Shall I send it? Reply to Acme's ticket #318. Replied. Acme sees the answer on the portal, and the ticket is back to awaiting the client.

After the sale, before and after
The client asks on WhatsApp how the project is going, and someone checks the board.
The client signs in to the portal and sees the projects and the hours left on the contract.
An invoice copy goes out by email, on request, every time.
Invoices sit on the portal with a PDF, and the balance is paid right there.
The contract bounces back and forth by email until someone signs.
The client signs on the portal when it's their turn and downloads the signed copy.
Support requests arrive through five channels and nobody knows the status.
The client opens the ticket on the portal and follows every reply.
Everything the client needs to see, in one place
The portal reads the modules you use: what exists in your base shows up for the right client.
Tickets
Support with history
The client opens tickets, follows the status and replies in the same ticket. Your team — and the agent — work them from the support queue.
- Open and follow up without email
- Your own fields per department, if you want
- A 1-to-5 rating when the ticket is resolved
Invoices
Invoices paid on the portal
The client sees issued invoices, downloads the PDF and pays the open balance through the gateway you connected.
- A PDF of every invoice
- Pix, boleto or card through your Asaas account
- Or card through Stripe
Contracts
Contracts to sign and keep
Contracts sent to the client show up with their status. When it's their turn, they sign there; afterwards, they download the signed copy.
- Signing in the parties' order
- Signed copy as a PDF
- Status: awaiting, active, expired
Projects and hours
Progress without asking for a report
The client follows the projects, the hour bank balance and the items they contracted, such as licenses and accesses.
- Status of each project
- Hours left on the contract
- Active licenses and accesses
A portal that is your base, seen from outside
- From proposal to portalThe accepted proposal becomes a contract and an invoice — and both appear on the portal without anyone publishing anything.
- From hours to clientTasks draw down the hour bank, and the client sees the same balance you do.
- From portal to supportA ticket opened on the portal lands in the queue with a department, a deadline and the agent ready to draft the reply.

Does the client need to create an account?
You invite the client's contacts by email, and each one sets their own password. Whoever forgets it recovers it on their own.
Can I remove the BaseOS brand?
Yes, on plans with white label: the BaseOS badge comes off the support portal.
Can a client see other clients' data?
No. The portal resolves the client from the signed-in session, never from the address, and shows only what is theirs.
Does it work for a software company with its own product?
For product-type organizations, the portal is the ticket portal, embedded in your app. Invoices, contracts and projects on the portal belong to agency mode.
