Alex, the sales agent, booking an assessment at a fictional demo clinic, in Cautious mode

Alex, Sales: “Did anyone ask for an appointment on WhatsApp today?”

3 requests. Marina Costa came in through the landing page form and picked Thursday at 3 pm, which is open on the clinic's calendar. Shall I book the assessment? Book Marina's assessment on Thursday at 3 pm. Booked. The invitation went to the e-mail she left on the form, and the event is linked to her lead.

§01Clinics & practices

A clinic's front desk, before and after

Without BaseOSWith BaseOS

The clinic's WhatsApp lives on the receptionist's phone and goes on holiday with her.

The number is connected to an inbox the team shares, with an owner per conversation.

Whoever writes at 10 pm only hears back the next day — and has booked somewhere else by then.

The agent answers at any hour with what you taught it and hands over to a person when it doesn't know.

Contacts from the ad sit in a spreadsheet, with no idea where they came from.

The landing page form lands in the CRM as a lead, with its source already tagged.

Nobody knows how many asked for a slot and how many actually booked.

Each request becomes a stage in the pipeline, from first contact to booked consultation.

§02Clinics & practices

From capture to calendar, on one base

Landing page, WhatsApp, CRM and calendar linked — the contact who arrives already has a name, a source and a next step.

Questions

What people usually ask

Talk to us →
Does the agent book consultations on its own?

No. It checks the connected Google Calendar, offers open slots on weekdays between 10 am and 6 pm, and the booking waits for your OK. Once approved, the invitation goes out by e-mail.

Does the agent give medical advice?

It shouldn't, and you decide what it answers: prices, address, insurance plans, preparation. Whatever it doesn't know, it hands over to someone on the team in the same conversation.

Does it replace my medical records system?

No. BaseOS handles patient capture, WhatsApp and the consultation calendar. Records and clinical data stay in your health system.

Can I send automatic reminders and campaigns?

Not in this composition: automations and campaigns belong to CRM Pro, and the official WhatsApp API and a custom domain for the landing page are also in the Pro plans.
