A monthly fee every month, no one issuing invoices.
The signed contract issues its own invoices on schedule. Reminders go out on time, the client pays through the link and the invoice settles itself. Luna takes care of what's missing — and asks before touching money.

Luna, Finance: “Which contract invoices are due this week?”
There are 8, R$ 21,400 in total, all already issued by the contracts. Two still have no payment link: Órbita Saúde and Aurora Café. Shall I create the Asaas link for both? Create Asaas payment links for 2 invoices. Links created on both invoices. The next reminder already goes out with the pay button.

Recurring billing, before and after
Every start of the month someone opens the spreadsheet and issues the fees one by one.
The contract in force issues each invoice on the right day, with no one issuing it.
The invoice doesn't say which contract it came from, and the amount drifts from what was signed.
Every invoice is born from a schedule line and points to its contract.
The client asks for a copy and the payment link on WhatsApp.
The reminder arrives before the due date with the pay button.
The payment hits the account and someone has to check it and mark it paid.
Paid through the link or the saved card, the invoice settles itself.
How it works
From the signed contract to money in the bank, cycle after cycle — and none of the agent's money operations happen without your OK.

1 · The schedule
The contract sets up its own billing
When the contract goes live, each recurring item becomes one line per cycle, at the item's frequency. The setup fee is billed once, the last period of a fixed term is pro-rated, and a contract with no end date gets a horizon that extends itself.
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly — the item's frequency
- Setup fee billed once
- Last period pro-rated by days
2 · The invoice
Issued on time, tied to the contract
Every day, the lines that are due become open invoices — one per line, never duplicated if it runs twice. The invoice goes out with the payment days the contract promises, and you can issue it earlier in the settings.
- The contract's payment terms respected
- Configurable issue lead time
- A billing tab on the contract: what went out and what's next
3 · The reminder
The client knows how much and when
On the days before the due date you picked, the client gets an email reminder. When the invoice has a payment link, the button goes with it. Every send is logged on the invoice, with its delivery status.
- Days before the due date, your choice
- Pay button in the email
- Delivered, opened or bounced, per reminder
4 · The payment
Paid by link or saved card
The link goes out through your Stripe, Asaas or iugu account, and the gateway's notice settles the invoice. With Stripe, a client who prefers it saves a card in the portal, with consent, and the invoice is charged on the due date — retried if the card is declined.
- Link through your Stripe, Asaas or iugu account
- Automatic settlement, partial payments included
- Card saved in the portal, can be paused anytime
A monthly fee that talks to the rest
- When the client is lateAn invoice past due and unpaid enters the collection flow, and Luna prepares the message with your OK.
- When the contract renewsRenewals, price adjustments and amendments change the schedule, and the next invoices already carry the new amount.
- When the client wants to seeIn the portal, they see open invoices, pay and save a card without asking your team for anything.

Is the invoice sent to the client as soon as it's created?
No. It's born open, in the invoice list and on the contract. The client gets the reminder on the days you configured, and you can send a manual reminder whenever you want.
Do I need a Stripe, Asaas or iugu account?
For the payment link and automatic settlement, yes — the money lands in your account, not ours. Without a gateway, invoices and reminders still work, and you record the payment by hand. Saved cards work with Stripe.
Can the agent charge someone's card?
No. A saved card is only charged on the due date of that client's own invoice, after they consented in the portal. Luna reads invoices and prepares links, and every money operation waits for your OK.
What if the same contract has a monthly fee and a setup fee?
Each item makes its own lines: the setup once, the monthly fee every cycle. Each line becomes an invoice, and all of them point to the same contract.
