The answer is already written, before the ticket opens.
A public wiki, screenshot guides and videos of your own app, in the same place your tickets arrive. Sara answers with those articles — and what she can't find becomes a draft for you to complete.

Sara, Support: “What did customers ask that the wiki doesn't answer?”
This week, 6 tickets about exporting reports had no source in the wiki. I wrote an article with the steps, in Portuguese and English. Shall I save it as a draft? Save the article “How to export reports” as a draft. Saved as a draft. Once you publish it, it becomes a source for my answers.

The help center, before and after
The documentation lives in an internal drive customers never see.
The wiki is public, with search, categories and an address on your domain.
The article says “click Settings” and the screen changed months ago.
Published video tutorials are checked against your app and re-recorded as a draft when a screen changes.
Nobody knows which questions the documentation leaves unanswered.
Tickets the AI couldn't answer with a source become draft articles.
Recording a tutorial takes someone a whole afternoon.
An agent walks the flow in your app and delivers the narrated video, with captions.
How it works
Four pieces that feed each other: the article you publish is the one the agent answers with.

1 · Wiki
A knowledge base customers can find
Articles in categories, in more than one language, internal or public. The public wiki has a page of its own, search, and can live on your domain — or go into your app by iframe.
- A public page with search
- An address on your own domain
- “Was this useful?” on every article
2 · Guides
Step by step, with the real screen
An agent walks a flow in your app and writes the wiki article with an annotated screenshot for every step. The guide arrives as a draft for you to review before publishing.
- One annotated screenshot per step
- Written from the app, not from memory
- Saved as a draft
3 · Videos
Narrated tutorials of your product
The agent records the walkthrough in your app, with narration, captions and zoom on what is being used, and delivers the MP4. The video can go into the matching wiki article.
- A 9:16 version for WhatsApp and Reels
- A version in another language, with its own narration
- Re-recorded as a draft when a screen changes

The wiki answers the tickets
Sara searches the published articles and replies citing the source. Whatever she can't back up goes to a person — and when the same question keeps coming, it becomes a draft article.
- Every reply with the article cited
- No source, and the ticket goes to a person
- Gaps become draft articles
The help center, wired to the rest of the product
- From article to answerThe same wiki customers read is the source of the agent's answers on tickets.
- From question to roadmapWhen a customer asks for a feature that doesn't exist, Sara logs the request on the roadmap, still private.
- From video to marketingThe same tutorials, in vertical format, work for social media and WhatsApp.

Does the agent publish articles on her own?
Not by default. She asks for your OK to create the article and saves it as a draft. Publishing stays with your team, unless you give her that permission.
What do the videos and guides cost?
The video tutorials module has no monthly fee. Each video or guide debits the real cost of recording, writing and narrating it from your credit wallet.
Is the wiki on the free plan?
No. The public roadmap and changelog are free; the wiki comes with the first paid plan of the product module.
Do I need a website to publish the wiki?
No. It has a public page of its own, can live on your domain once the DNS is verified, and also goes into your app by iframe.
