Leads that haven't bought yet, nurtured until they're ready.
A welcome, useful content and an alert to the team when the score rises. Julia drafts the flow — and it only starts sending once you approve it.

Julia, Marketing: “Set up nurturing for new leads coming in from our forms.”
Built from the nurture template: a welcome, a content e-mail two days later and, three days after that, anyone scoring 50 or more triggers an alert to the team; the rest get a case study. The 3 e-mails are drafts. Shall I switch the flow on? Publish the nurture flow and its 3 e-mails. On. It runs for every new lead with a source; when someone finishes the sequence at 50 points or more, the team is alerted.

A lead that isn't ready yet, before and after
The lead downloads the material and never hears from you again.
They get a welcome and useful content at the pace you set.
The seller calls everyone, including people who were just curious.
The score decides: whoever crossed the line triggers an alert to the team, the rest keep nurturing.
The same generic e-mail goes to leads, prospects and customers.
Each lifecycle stage has its own message, written from the contact's record.
Nobody knows whether the subject line worked.
A send in the flow becomes an A/B test of subject or template, with results on the panel.
How it works
Three ways to nurture, all in the same flow editor — and none sends before your OK.

1 · Form
The sequence for whoever just arrived
A new lead with a source gets a welcome, a value e-mail two days later and, three days after that, the score decides: the team is alerted or the lead gets a case study.
- A ready-made template to start from
- E-mails you choose and publish
- Editable waits and conditions
2 · Stage
One message for each phase
When a contact becomes a lead, a prospect or a customer, Julia writes that stage's e-mail from their record. With no reply in four days and still in the same stage, she sends one follow-up.
- Useful content for leads, a next step for prospects
- A welcome for new customers
- A reply ends the sequence
3 · Score
The right moment to hand over to sales
The score adds profile and engagement, fades with time and becomes a grade from A to D. Use it in flow conditions and segments to decide who keeps nurturing and who goes to a seller.
- Profile and interactions, with your weights
- Recent interactions count more
- Score conditions inside the flow
4 · Fine-tuning
Segments and tests in one place
A lead entering a segment can start a flow, and the flow can branch for those who opened or clicked. Each send can test subjects or templates.
- Flow triggered by entering a segment
- Branches by open and click
- A/B tests with 2 to 4 versions
Nurturing that already talks to the rest of the base
- From campaign to nurturingWhoever signs up on the campaign page becomes a lead and goes straight into the sequence.
- From ready lead to sellerThe lead that reached the line gets an owner, an explained score and a first contact.
- From cold lead to second chanceLeads that went cold can come back through a WhatsApp reactivation, months later.

Will the agent send e-mails without me seeing?
Nothing sends before the flow is switched on, and switching it on is a person's approval. The form sequence sends the templates you published; in stage nurturing, Julia writes each e-mail within the flow's instructions, and every send is logged.
What about people who asked not to receive anything?
Unsubscribes and the do-not-contact list block the send at the moment it goes out. E-mails carry an unsubscribe link, respect the recipient's local hours and a limit of sends per day and per week.
Can I change the template's steps?
Yes. Waits, conditions, e-mails and stages open in the flow editor; the template is just the starting point.
What do I need to subscribe to?
Flows, e-mail and segments are part of the CRM from the Pro level; forms come with the marketing module. Agent-written nurturing also needs a verified sending domain.
